Following the U.S. government’s order on July 30, 2025, to suspend the “de minimis” exemption, customs clearance for certain goods has become significantly more complex. Japan Post has therefore decided to temporarily suspend acceptance of such items.

2025年7月30日に米国政府が発表した「免税措置（デミニミス）待遇の停止」により、販売品等を含む郵便物の通関手続きが複雑化し、日本郵便ではこれらの郵便物の引受を一時停止しています。
