Due to the busy season, we will revise the number of days required for delivery within 2023 as follows.
-Normally, orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving your order. Delivery times vary depending on the product and region, but generally it will be delivered within 7-10 business days .
-Customers are responsible for shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and deferred payment fees.
-Delivery will be made from our Akasaka head office or our affiliated warehouse (Kanto). Shipping companies may vary depending on the warehouse.
・Delivery from our online shop is within Japan, and some products are delivered overseas*.
*International shipping areas (as of October 2023): China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States. We do not ship flower materials overseas.
