In the case of defective items:
If the product is defective, or if a different item was delivered due to our mistake, please contact us by email or phone within **7 days** of the product’s arrival. After confirming the details, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since delivery. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
