1. shipping policy for Japan
Shipping method
We use Yamato Transport and Japan Post for domestic delivery. The shipping method and shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the size and weight of each item and the shipping address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include the cost of packing as well as the cost of delivering the goods. To ensure safe delivery, we pack the goods appropriately and include the cost of this in the shipping costs. The final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout so that you can check them in advance.
Normally, orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days of receipt. The delivery time varies depending on the product and region.
Shipping, cash on delivery and post-payment charges are to be borne by the customer.
Delivery is made from our head office in Akasaka or from a warehouse (Kanto) affiliated with us. The delivery company may vary depending on the warehouse.
The online shop delivers within Japan and some products to overseas destinations*.
*International delivery areas (as of 2024/02): flower materials are not delivered overseas.

Actual shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the item and shipping destination.
If you purchase books only and spend over 8,000 yen, shipping is free of charge. If non-book items are purchased at the same time, delivery charges for non-book items will apply.
2. delivery policy for international shipments
Shipping method.
For international shipping, Japan Post is used. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each item and the destination country. When you place an order, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country and weight of the items, and the final price will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs include the cost of packing as well as the cost of shipping the goods. In order to ensure safe delivery of the goods, the cost of packaging is included.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the goods.
Shipping country: shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping timeframe.
After the order is confirmed, the package will normally be shipped by Japan Post within 1-5 working days. After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Options
We use Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), Airmail, and Surface Mail.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that, depending on the product and applicable regulations, the shipping method may be limited to Airmail only.
For large-quantity orders, if you wish to use Surface Mail, please contact us in advance.
3. Returns and exchanges
Defective or damaged goods: please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a return or exchange. The return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience.
4. Customs duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. Please note that the customer is responsible for these costs. For further information on duties and taxes, please check with the customs office of the destination country.
Notes.
