Otsu Yorikado

We have a selection of vases from Otsu Yorikado, a popular potter at the Sogetsu Headquarters classrooms.

The potter Otsu Yorikado has a long history of interaction with Sogetsu and is an indispensable presence in the creation of Ikebana works. The vases he creates are characterized by the stability that only a potter who specializes in vases can provide, as well as free-flowing, colorful designs. Many of his works are also part of the Sogetsu collection.
